Sure. Looking at the characters used, I’d say that is Base64 encoded data. You can find tools online for decoding that.
As for what it decodes to, that may not be what you’re looking for. I imagine anything from a script that’s been run through the ExtendScript obfuscator to protect its author’s IP, thru some evil malware executable, to some other data encoding (e.g. ZIP compression) that needs further processing to unfold.
Honestly, we can’t even tell if it’s anything to do with Adobe Illustrator scripting. Because you’ve not told us anything about it.
It will really help in future if:
1. You state exactly where it found it, what [you think] it contains, and why you need it decoded. You don’t want anyone mistaking your post for nefarious activity, lest they sic Adobe’s moderators on you.
2. Not paste a huge lump of compressed data, of unknown provenance into the forum here, but rather took small screenshots of its start and end (which is what provides the clues that it is Base64), and attach the original file to your post using this control:
Or, don’t even provide the full file until somebody asks you for it first. As I say, ettiquete, moderators, etc.
