can you remove outlines on text

Hello,

I created outlines on some text because I sent the file to a sign company.

But now, I want to edit that text.

Can I remove the outlines, to convert it back to "normal text" so I can edit it?

Often asked question. Simple answer is "no". I key "best practice" workflow is to save a "text" and "outline" version of your file.
