Cannot enable GPU Performance - Illustrator on Windows

Hi, I've been looking for several days for an answer to this problem and I can't find a solution. I have a Ryzen 5 7530u with integrated graphics. I have tried everything but I can't get adobe to let me activate the gpu performance, so I can't activate the animated zoom. My computer is an Asus zenbook 2023 and the memory is 8gb and 512mb for vram. I know that the processor and the integrated graphics is totally in terms of power and performance qualified, but I am not being able to work properly, being that I acquired this device with the intention of using it for what it is, creative work. The bios does not allow you to change it. Through the registry editor it doesn't change anything and only causes performance problems. Adding illustrator in the graphics settings and setting it to high performance doesn't solve the problem either. Note: It is not my intention to increase the vram either, but I still tried all the ways and apparently the laptop is blocked from bios to not have access to this part. Doing it from the registry or system settings does not change anything, it just decreases the performance of the device without changing anything.

I have the same problem. I have an asus Zenbook 14 oled with a ryzen 5 7530u and I can't enable GPU performance in Illustrator. Have you found any solution to this problem?

I am sorry to hear about your experience. Would you mind sharing some more information to be able to help you with this scenario:

For macOS computers:

1) AISniffer file

- Close all Adobe applications

- Navigate to the Illustrator Preferences folder and copy the AiSniffer file to the desktop from this location: Users/YOUR USERNAME/Library/Preferences/Adobe Illustrator #(version Number)Settings > AISniffer

2) System Report

- You can generate it from the Apple icon > About This Mac > System Report > Save to the desktop.

For Windows computers:

1. AiSniffer file:

- Close all Adobe applications.

- Navigate to the Illustrator Preferences folder and copy the AiSniffer file to the desktop from this location: 

%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Illustrator 28 Settings\en_US\x64\

2. For the System Report, kindly follow these steps:

- Please press Windows Key + the letter "R" on your keyboard to bring up the Run command window

- Type "msinfo32" in the Open field and left-click OK

- While viewing the Microsoft System Information summary, go to File, then choose Save (Please do not use Export)

- Save your MSINFO32 report as "msinfo32.nfo" on your desktop to easily locate it after. It can take up to a minute to generate a report.
