Cannot move my window at all (Illustrator)

I am on a PC and just updated to 2021 and when I now open Illustrator I cannot move the window at all. The top options (File, Edit, Object, Type, etc) also disappear and reappear over and over, the tool bar icons appear and disappear, and the minimize/maximize isn't showing as well.
The bigger issue is being unable to move my window at all, but lot's of bugs. What am I missing and can someone help?

Disregard this message. After two days it resolved itself. Might just be a minor bug after the update.
