Cannot open an illustrator file under MacOS Monterey

I've tried many times to reinstall the 2019 Adobe illustrator, but I still can't launch the software and open any illustrator file. Really need to solve the problem for work...

Thank you for the response. I updated to 2021 and the problem was fixed.
