Cannot open cloud document file in Illustrator

Hi,  I'm trying to open a cloud document file I saved 6 days ago and it would not open. I could open any other files except that. There is also a green tick next to it indicating the file is open but it is not. 

 

Any suggestions how to get the file? Thank you so much

The green mark indicates that the file is locally available, but that does not seem to help with opening the file.
