Cannot see the installed nor the adobe fonts on illustrator

Hi, I've been having problems with Adobe Fonts in Illustrator for Windows. Over the last few weeks, it has been taking about 15 minutes to load all the fonts I installed from Adobe Fonts so they function properly in Illustrator. However, since last week, I haven't been able to make them work on my laptop—neither the fonts installed on my computer nor the ones from Adobe Fonts.

I've already tried logging in and out, activating/deactivating the toggle in the Illustrator preferences panel and in Creative Cloud, rebooting my PC, installing and uninstalling both Illustrator and Creative Cloud. I also erase all Adobe files using the Cleaner Tool, but nothing works. Today I tried copying and pasting the font files directly into the Illustrator fonts folder on my PC, and that worked, but Adobe Fonts still don't work. The Fonts function works on another PC using the same account—though I don't usually use that PC, I just tried it to check—and it worked perfectly.

There is a setting on Windows that obviously blocks fonts. Can you try that?
