cant even use Illustrator cc 2017

whatever how many times i download and resetup, i stil cant use it. And i pay 36 euro/Month. That is rly disappointed. I just want to use it!!!!!!!!

Have you tried resetting your preferences? To do so: Hold down Ctrl + Alt + Shift when launching Illustrator and respond affirmatively when asked if you want to reset.

it dosent work. when i press the 3 button and it shows nothing. when i open it ,it shows like the picture and i can do nothing at all.

Try and open the preferences (under Edit > Preferences)

Then check "Use legacy "New document" dialog"

Thank you! My system is win10, and i can use photoshop and lightroom, but i dont know why excat illustrator. when i open it, it shows like the picture, and i have resetup for 4 or 5 times, it dosent work.
