hello  i have 2 questions ,

1: i have downloaded the vertor logo from a site but when i going to open it this error occurs how to fix this .

2. and where to download the latest free version of illustrator thanks

You need to subscribe to the Creative Cloud to get the latest version.

And then via the Creative Cloud app you manage the applications.

Or you may ask the owner(s) of the site.

where to download the latest free version of illustrator

There has never been a free version. You can have a trial for 7 days (or 14 depending on country); after that you need a subscription, for the desired individual application(s) or the whole Cloud.
