CC Apps in Dark Mode - Incomplete

Hi. You was reacting on the case (CC Apps in Dark Mode - Incomplete).

I would like to ad a question:

Is there a way to get "dark mode" in CC.

All apps can get dimed / black, but not CC - why ?

Has anyone found a solution for this?  I prefer dark mode, yet Illustrator dialogs interacting with the OS - open/save, and the pop-up for replacing an existing file - these are all light gray.  Both Illustrator and Mac OS are set to dark mode.  Acrobat shows dark mode, and I think Photoshop, too.  Reinstall does not fix this - did that recently for a different issue, including scrapping preferences, reinstalling plugins, etc.  As a designer, I prefer the consistency -  and dark mode.
