My library all of sudden stopped initializing in my illustrator. I've followed all the troubleshooting steps from this support article:
https://helpx.adobe.com/ca/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-libraries-panel-doesn-t-load-in-desktop-...
nothing seemed to work. I've also followed these steps from solution 1 (Solution 2, I wasn't sure about, the link to the cc cleaner wasn't working):
https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/kb/libraries-panel-not-working.html
I've updated all my adobe products to the latest versions.
Please help!

Hello @Anri23219864zt7f,
We understand that encountering technical issues can be frustrating. Would you mind trying to run Illustrator under a different administrator account (Windows / macOS) and checking if it helps?
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Thanks,
Anubhav

Yes it worked once I run Illustrator on a different admin account but what does this mean? How can I get it to work on my original admin account?

If that works, it's a sign that something has gone wrong in your current account. That could be preferences issues in Illustrator, or something messeg up in your Cloud settings or something completely unrelated to Adobe (with Illustrator just being the first app to react to it).

Thank you, I ended up getting my library back once I switched back to my original admin and launched Ai.
