chain icon not working properly

anybody has the same problem with the little chain icon in the properties-window that it sometimes shows not-linked when the values are linked? seems more like a bug to me. pleas fix that.

If I tried it first time I noticed this behawior. But any time I try to repeat it again - it works fine

yeah its only the first time. after one click it usually works.
