Change language

I do want to change language in Adobe Illustrator and in Adobe Audition. Today its in English, but I do want to change to Norwegian. Ive allready uninstalled once, and set preferences to Norwegian, but nothing changed. Im using Windows 365

Ive tried your shared steps to change my language, but it will still not accept norwegian as my preferred language. This is quite anoing, when i want to work with my native language, and not english.
