Change new document default

I'm annoyed with this issue and I can't get help from Adobe so I'm hoping someone has experienced this. I've attached a screenshot because I can't adequately explain what I'm seeing

This document is based on a Film & Video Preset. 

Try creating documents on Print or Art & Illustration presets.
