Change the direction of the 2nd vanishing point on 2-point perspective in Illustrator?

This seems so impossible, and I have tried everything and looked up and nothing. The best I can do is using 3-point perspective but that won't do, for my purpose.

As you can see, it's close, but not quite. It's a 3-point when it should be a 2-point.

I'm trying to achieve the same grids that I rendered in Photoshop.
