Changing Lorem Ipsum

I saw several presenters at Max show a fun trick to change the Lorem Ipsum text to say whatever you want. From what I remember they said it was as simple as creating a file called placeholder.txt and moving that into Applications/ Illustrator folder. Ive tried several times in all different folders with no success. Has anyone figured out how to do this? What am I doing wrong??

Make your placeholder.txt file. Put it in the applications folder for Illustrator (on Windows it would be in Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Illustrator CC 2019). If Illustrator is open, close it and restart it. Once it restarts, it should work.
