Changing the dimension of images embedded

Hello everyone,

I created a menu design in Illustrator, but embedded large images with 6000x4000 resolution.

Now I'm looking for a quick way to change the dimensions of every image without doing the long process, Unembed them > change the dimensions with Photoshop > import them again > embed them.
