I lost my files after the cease of cloud (I think thats what the update was) how do I recover the lost files??? :((

They are either here (cloud documents):

https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents

or here (synched files):

https://assets.adobe.com/files

Synched files are also on your hard disk, but the same files in the cloud storage will be (or have already been) removed, leaving you with only the files on your hard disk in the in the Creative Cloud Files folder.
