Color code saw different

Hello,

I have a color code #006fba that in cmyk is saw as C:88% M:54% Y:0 K:0 but i want to bee seen as: C:100% M:52% Y:0 K:0 the problem is that if i change it manually it changes back so i need to set the illustrator up when i tape the code to be seen in cmyk as C:100% M:52% Y:0 K:0 How do I do that?

You have an image an RGB color mode?

Then forget about using CMYK colors in that. You can use either or. If you want to design in CMYK, change the document color mode to that.

the document color is  changed to that. i want to use the color code #006fba in the combination of C:100% M:52% Y:0 K:0 but the illiustor doesnt saw the proportion corect and it keeps changing them

The HEX code is only a different way to write RGB colors. 

If you want to use a certain CMYK mixture, just create a new swatch and type in the CMYK.

The conversion of RGB to CMYK is based on color management. Maybe someone gave you that color code. They had set up their color management differently. Or maybe they do not understand color management in the first place.
