color difference between files

New Here ,
Jan 27, 2020 Jan 27, 2020

Can anyone explain this? I have two files, one copied from the other, the color profiles are the same, the two are in CMYK in high resolution, the background color that defines the hue is 40% black, however, they look different, one is more cold and the other warmer, although the difference is not very noticeable, it shows, and more than a problem is an enigma and I can not find the reason for this.

P.S. the one on the right looks colder than the one on the left.
