Color Grid Plug-in for Print Color Testing?

We've been having the issue where a client did not like the color sample we sent them (dye-sub onto fabric), so we send them a grid of color variations for them to pick from. In our print software there is an option to enter the CMYK color and it creates a grid outward of slightly adjusted colors (attached image). I'm looking for a plug for Illustrator that can do the same thing? Hopefully not with adjustments in the decimals.

And probably it is scriptable.
