Color Guide not showing

Hi everyone!

I have a problem I have not found the solution to and I´m desperate. My color guide window is not showing any swatches at all (shades/tints). I do see the color schemes in the drop down menu but that´s about it.  

I added some screenshots of the problem and also of my colour settings.
