Color Guide palette and Harmony Rules crashes Illustrator

I open Illustrator, create new blank file, click on the "Color Guide" palette, and click on any of the harmony rules Illustrator crashes instantly. It is consistently reproducible.

If after creating the new file I first open the open the "Color Guide Options", close the "Color Guide Options", and then try to change to another harmony rule Illustrator does not crash.

I'm using AI 27.8.1 on M2 Mac with Ventura 13.5.

I cannot reproduce it as well. Tested with the latest Illustrator versions on Mac OS and Windows.

I can't reproduce it

Same version, but Catalina on a 2019 Mac mini

I wish that was the case for me. When it issues the crash log I also get the pop-up:
"Adobe has found a solution or workaround for the recent error in Adobe Illustrator 2023. Please click the below link for more details.

with a link to this:

But nothing on the "known issues" pages seems relevant to my setup.

Also, sometimes I have to click through a few of the color harmony options to cause the crash. But if it doesn't crash on the first one, it usually crashes after I click 2-3 of the other harmony options.
