color mismatch - black

Hello,

I have a document in Photoshop with CMYK 30, 30, 30, 100K black and when i export it to illustrator only black color changes to C91% M79% Y62% K97%

(different colors are the same, only blacks changes). Why? 😞 The color profile is the same (FOGRA 39).

Yes, when the file is linked, the eyedropper picks up the values from the preview image. When embedded, the real pixelvalues are used.
