How can i change CMYK colors in HEX?

The best color mode for web is sRGB.

To convert your colors to RGB/HEX you need to set up your color settings for you region and choose the General Purpose setting.

When you start with a new document based on a Web Preset, you can fill in CMYK values in the Color Picker that will be converted to RGB/HEX.

Just to add to @Ton Frederiks ... HEX is actually RGB, just specified differently. Instead of numbers from 0 to 255, Hex defines in in hexidecimal values from 00 to FF, each color channel is 2 characters (e.g. HEX FFFFFF = FF(Red) FF(Green) FF(Blue) = 255(Red) 255(Green) 255(Blue)
