Color Picker Defaults to ONLY WEB COLORS

Having an issue with color picker defaulting to only show web colors.  Any idea how to adjust this without having to uncheck the box each time?  I would like to see the attributes and conversions of the true color I'm using vs. the web safe version.

Just open the Color Picker with nothing selected and uncheck Only Web Color.
