Colors Display Problem in Illustrator, Indesign also Arcobat... Color Synchronized Error

It's been really annoying in these two days, found out the colors in Illustrator are too saturated. same issue with Indesign and Arobat, only Photoshop display correctly... All my color setting, color profile are in the same seeting. I even uninstalled the softwares, the problems still exits.

(The attched pricture is my previous artwork which worked in Indesign, the color is pop-up, only the view in Photoshop matches with my print product.)

Check in Photoshop if Proof colors is turned off.

Hi,

Also check if your embeded color profiles match up.

 

Edit> Asign colour profiles

This is a draft document working in each software, M60 Y60 in CMYK format, you can see the color is different.

This is my color setting as you can see the pic as below, it's "Japan General Purpose 2" (Sorry it's all tridtional Chinese because I'm fom Taiwan) .
I created a new document and draw a block M60 Y60 in Ps, Ai, Id, the color displays differently.

The Photoshop one really stands out. The others look more or less like this would look printed.
