Colors mismatching in libraries and file on Illustrator

I recently updated to Illustrator 2023 and the files I have in my libraries mismatch once I place it on the workspace. I've resetted my Illustrator, uninstalled and installed it again, and tried to adjust the color settings but nothing's working.

Try to turn on the Ask checkboxes in your Edit > Color Settings before adding artwork from CC Libraries.
