Hello, how can I make this photo look like the one below?

Even as a beginner you can place the artwork into Illustrator and then run Object > Create Object Mosaic. And then if you don't like the result, you should be able to describe what you don't like about it.

Can you try this for yourself? Because I am a beginner.

    You can try Object > Create Object Mosaic.

     

    But probably that won't work out. In that case: Just draw it with the pen tool.
