Colour blindness proofing

I love the colour blindness proofing feature but again I ahve downloaded today's updates and completely lost this function.

I have tried resetting my preferences and I still can access it, can you help

In my menu the 'Proof Setup' and 'Proof Colours' Are greyed out and I can't click on them.

Did you turn on color management, or are you emulating Illustrator 6 in your color settings?
