Command + S not working

Hi! I have a strange issue with Photoshop and Illustrator; neither let me save my work with Command + S.
If I go File -> Save it works, but it's not very comfortable and I was wondering if anyone experienced the same. 
My keyboard shortcuts are already seen, they seem to be ok, all in order.
I'm working o a Macbook pro MacOS sonoma 14.1.1

Your preferences could be corrupted. And you might need to reset them.

Before you do that, because it destroys your ettings: reboot the system.

Check if other applications are interfering with your modifier keys.

We understand that encountering technical issues can be frustrating. Would you mind trying to run Illustrator under Safe Mode (Windows / macOS) and checking if it helps? Also, try running Illustrator under a different administrator account (Windows / macOS) and share your observations.

Thanks both for your help. I ended up just updating macOS to the latest and it worked. Probably just a small bug for that specific OS so thanks, everything is solved 🙂
