Hi There,

I have a new Macbook Pro M1 Chip.  My software is up to date, my Creative Cloud Apps have recently been updated.

Since the Creative Cloud Updates have taken place my Illustrator consistently crashes.  I have tried

- Uninstalling and reinstalling the app and Creative Cloud

- Resetting preferences

- Checking Fonts

- Restarting my Macbook

It is hindering me from achieving my deadlines and I urgently need assistance to continue.

Thanks,

Megs
