Contact IT for access

I have this msg on my illustrator on iPad that says contact IT for access.

I've searched around and couldn't find an answer to this, logged in to my adobe account dashboard on the website and could not see this IT admin thingy.

I've read one other similar post that says it must be that my account is team, but that impossible, as I'm an individual sign up. Not via a company or team. I'm stuck and not sure how to solve this.

also the Official Adobe Chat support is closed and also couldn't get help from them...

hope some genius can help me out here~ getting to work on the iPad will help a lot.

Do you get the same message if you open any other Adobe app?

Without specific info we can't really tell you much. From mundane network issues to specific tablet config stuff on an employer-issued tablet this could be anything. At the very least check your tablet's status in the system settings and run any outstanding updates or plug it into your stationary computer with iTunes.
