Convert Color Code to HEX, RGB, CMYK or PANTONE

Anyone can please help me to get all color code convertion,
Like from Single HEX code to CMYK, RGB, or PANTONE in one click,   Any script, website or software ?

    What CMYK or RGB? Do you have a specific ICC profile in mind?

    No Don't have specific color profile in mind. 
    But when comes to logo design Client need logo in all color format. 

    So for example If i start Designing logo in CMYK profile, Then What method, or script I can used so that with  single click i can generate all color convertion. 

    Same like this Function : https://github.com/johnwun/js4ai/blob/master/renderSwatchLegend.jsx

    But it Doesn't have PANTONE color Code option

    This won't happen in one click, because it just doesn't work this exactly. You have to check it. Watch out for color profiles, maybe generate it for different profiles.
