Convert images to vector using Image Trace

Hello Everyone, I am tracing the image shown in the screenshot attached using the "Convert images to vector using Image Trace guide": https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/using/image-trace.html?x-product=CCHome%2F1.0&x-product-location...

Most of the image has been traced - except the areas inside some letters and the leaf as shown in the screenshot. My question is (apologies if i am not using the proper terminology) how do i ensure the red arrow areas within leaf and letters are included when tracing using the "Image Trace Guide"?

What specific actions should I include, and at what step in the "image trace" process should i perform these actions to capture these areas?

I figured it out (i think). i selected the area inside and simply pressed delete to remove. Doing this seems to have solved the problem.

You could check out if they get traced when you enter a lower number in the option "Noise"
