Couldn't find Pantone 2147C in pantone color book (Adobe CC 2017)

but i can find it on pantone website PANTONE 2147 C - find a PANTONE Color

anyone have a clue?

    Try and download the Pantone Color Manager which is free if you have a printed swatches book. With it you can install newer libraries.
