We have a workstation that is a PC and when saving a PDF out of Illustrator 29.8.1 with "page information" checked under marks and bleed they get a warning "The font Courier could not be embedded..." and it saves without the page information added. It seems strange that it is trying to use Courier as it uses Myriad when other save on a PC. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling Illustrator and resetting preferences.

Hi @User123454321,
Thanks for sharing the details. The warning you're seeing usually occurs when Illustrator can't locate or embed the Courier system font, which it uses as a fallback when adding page information. Please try resetting your system font cache using the steps here: https://adobe.ly/465m6ti, and then retest the issue.
If the problem persists, could you confirm which version of Windows you're running and whether the Courier font is installed and active on your system? If it is, please let us know the source (Adobe Fonts or a third-party font). If it's missing, try reinstalling it from Adobe fonts to see if that restores the page information in your PDF.
Kindly give this a try and let me know the results.
Abhishek

If all else fails, you can convert the text to outlines. Not ideal because it increases file size and the outlines are not editable as text.

Hello! I've been having the same problem for several weeks. Before the font used by Illustrator to print the page information in PDF was Myriad Pro as the predetermined font, but now it is trying to print it with Courier and is giving me the same warning. I can't understand why it choose Courier to do that when Myriad keeps being the predetermined font.
I would like to ask you if you have been able to solve the problem. Thank you very much!
