Crash when opening specific Illustrator files located on shared Google Drive
I am using Google Drive with my company, and use the local rather than browser version. I am unable to open specific Illustrator files within certain folders- Illustrator works fine opening other files on the Google Drive. I get an immediate crash and the error message below. We have tried making sure my permissions are set to access this folder (and I can see the content previews and open text documents in the folder) and also tried reinstalling Illustrator and rebooting Drive, but nothing is working. Any assistance would be appreciated- thanks.
