CRASHING ISSUES!

WHY DOES ILLUSTRATOR CRASH LIKE 5,000 TIME A DAY FOR ME?! REALLY, I AM NOT EVEN LYING THE FRUSTRATION IN MY CAPITOL LETTERS SHOULD SHOW. EVEN THOUGH YOU SAY ITS 'AUTO SAVING' WHEN IT CRASHES, AND YOU STUPID WINDOW FOR REPORT THE BUG POPS UP. BUT MY RECOVERED FILE NEVER DOES. 

WHY DO YOU GUYS HAVE TO UPDATE EVERY MOTNHS? CAN YOU CHILL AND LET US USE THE APPLICATIONS WITHOUT BUGS? ITS ABSOLUTELY ANNOYING. LIKE ME WRITING IN ALL CAPS. 

FIX IT!
