Create Alert Like Asset Export Panel via Extendscript

Is it possible to create an alert like this using extendscript or ScriptUI?

Would be so excellent if there was a way to create non-modal alerts like this.

Kinda a real bummer that we don't have access to this sort of alert creation. I guess all we can hope is that this is possible in UXP.
