Create isometric axonometry as plain drawing

Dear all, goodmorning,

I have a basemap which is already distorted to be as an axonometry, and I need to "extrude" each surface to make it look like an isometric axonometry. I leave as attachment a before/after of what I would do manually.

Do you know if there is a way to automatize this process? The basemap is really extended, and it would take me ages to do it one by one manually.
