Create my own templates

I want to create my own size templates in Illustrator but cannot find any function how to.

Anyone have a solution for this? I am working mostly in SRA3 and SRA4 (European formats) and they are not available in the factory version.

Choose a document profile that best matches your use (print/web etc.). Adjust the artboard to match your required size. Save it to the Document Profiles folder with an appropriate name:

    C:\Users\Usename\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Illustrator 23 Settings\en_GB\x64\New Document Profiles

If you're talking specifically about the 'Size' drop-down in the legacy file new window, those presets can't be changed unfortunately.

I've written about doc profiles in more detail here, in case you want to read further:

You will need to set up your own templates or New document profiles.

The article is old, but basically it still works like this: https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/kb/create-custom-new-document-profile.html
