Hi everyone,
I am new to Adobe and have made my first design for my company.
I would like to get this design printed but my supplier told me I first have to create outlines for all objects in the design, so they do not have missing fonts.
I tried to do this by first selecting all the objects (ctrl+A) and then creating outlines for them (ctrl+shift+O). Thereafter I saved the document as PDF and AI file, but when my supplier opens the document they still get a noctification that says a lot of fonts are missing and they are still not showing correct in the design.
Does someone know how I can solve this problem?
Thank you in advance!

Let me move this to the Adobe Illustrator forum for you, which I think will be the appropriate forum for your question.
The Using the Community forum is for help in using the Adobe Support Community forums, not for help with specific programs. Product questions should be posted in the associated product community.

Hi. It's not a good idea convert to outlines the text because that could generate print problems. I prefer convert the document to PDF.
Sometimes, although you convert everything to outlines, there are some remaining text objects on the document.
Try this:

(Are all your layers and items unlocked?)
Save as .pdf - if your printer has a problem with that, change printers.

Similar cases have been reported and sometimes it turned out that the remaining live type objects were stored in some symbol definitions.
You can check that by doing a Find Font test. In case it finds fonts inside symbols, a button in the dialog will be marked with a symbol icon.
Thereafter you may delete those symbols in the Symbols palette.
