Creative Cloud keeps crashing

please, can anyone help me? I have adobe create suite CS6 consisting of Illustrator, photoshop and indesign. For be past 2 days, they’ve barely been usable. I’m a graphic designer so I use these program an awful lot. All three programs keep crashing, and take a long time to even load. My MacBook is up to date with software and so is my creative suite.

can anyone help please? I desperately need to get this sorted.
