cs6 watermark can't use transparent background

i do watermark on illustrator cc6, background is transparent, and save as PNG file but when the pic send to phone or mail, the background turn to white, but on pc the pic is transparent how did i solve it?

You need to explain your problem better, preferably with screen shots. Show a screen capture from Illustrator with the transparency grid visible, as well as screen captures from, as you say, phone or email.

Just to make sure, are you using PNG24?

As soon as there's some application in-between that reads or writes the file amd send it via mobile, the file might get changed. Some mobile services do this on purpose in order to save bandwidth. Some applications do this because they can't handle each and every flavour of PNG.

Please tell us more details:

- which mobile servie provider?

- which applications do you use to send, and then display the file on your phone?

Samsung Note 4 & Iphone 6..
whatapps, Wechat, Messenger, By mail (Hotmail & Gmail) also cannot.

when I use my hotmail & gmail send as attachment, but they download to their pc also show the background is white not transparent

Someone else downloads the image? How do they view it?

The screenshot you showed above shows the file icons. Are you sure it's not only the icons that aren't transparent?
