Cursor bug since latest update (v 26.4.1)

Hello All,

 

Since updating to v 26.4.1 my cursor glitches when I try to move objects.

This happens randomly and not each time.

When I click on an object and drag it, a green plus symbol appears next time my cursor like I'm trying to drag an image to the document.

Then when I release the object it freezes for a moment and the object returns to it's previous location.

 

It's only a minor issue, but it really disrupts my workflow.

 

Has anyone else encountered this problem and maybe found a fix for it?

    We are sorry for the trouble. This is a known issue with Magic Mouse on Mac devices while working on Illustrator version 26.4.1.

     

    The product team is aware of this & they have identified the issue and currently working on a fix. I would request you to upvote this UserVoice for updates.

     

    In the meantime, I would request you to please be patient & stay tuned for the update, and as a workaround, you may install the older version of Illustrator, version 26.3.1.

    I am having the same issue as claudel and it's becoming a big problem! Has anyone figured out how to avoid this issue or is it just a glich in the matrix???
