Curved edges on a parallelogram

Hello community, I know how to get curved edges on squares, rectangles, and most shapes.

For some reason making a prallelogram from a eged rectangle doesnt work, so I thought I could start with a regular square or rectangle.

Shift two points over and then edge the corners.

Alas this is not doable, so is there a workaround for parallelograms?

Thank you,

Ok, found the answer.

Create a shape with ronded edges first as edges cannot be manipulated once shifted. Either from a premade rounded shape or a hard corner shape then manally edged.

From there go into Transform options and "Shear" the shape a certain degree to obtain a parallelogram.
