Curved monitor for Illustator?

I am a designer who primarily uses Illustrator, along with some Photoshop, InDesign, and Premiere Pro.
I am considering purchasing a curved ultra-wide monitor for gaming (34 inches or more), but will this distort lines and images in Illustrator and other programs?
Looking for input from anyone who has a curved monitor and has used Illustrator. Is it detrimental? Is it something that can easily be worked around?

Hi Marengon13,

Curved displays are mainly for cinematic experience and not for designing experience. I personally do not use a curved display however nothing unusual reported as well. I hope some of our experts might be using them and they should share their experience.
