Custom sized pages printing issues

Hi, I am having issues printing one of my custome sized pages for printing greeting cards, in Illustrator.

I have 2 custom page sizes, 140 x 280 mm and 175 x 125 mm, the 140 x 280 mm doesn't print out correctly at all but the 125 x 175 one does? I just upodated my imac to tahoe not sure if its related or not?

Can you be more specific about what isn't corrent?

Can you list the printer you are using, Illustrator version, and whether you are printing directly from Illustrator or something else?

Hello Doug, the incorrectness  is the image is printing too low within the page. I am pringting direct from Ilustrator 2025 onto a Canon PRO300, just updated my driver, not restarted mac yet.

-the document in the Illustrator workspace

-your printing settings

-the printed result

Hello again Doug, do these images help - and are as you requested. First shows dotted line that i added by pen to show low the image is priniting out...other setting and then same size 140 x 280 mm artwork in illustrator. Thanks for your replies and help. Michael

Are the crop marks included? Check the Marks & Bleed options in the print window.
