Cut icon for CutStudio is missing

I have downloaded the plugin for CutStudio in illustrator and the "Cut/Print" icon is missing.  How do I get it to cut from illustrator without importing to the cutstudio program.  I used to have this on my Mac, but recently had to purchase a new computer and now I have a PC.  I'm having to set up everything from scratch again.
